At Black Tulip, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging and include the printed return slip inside.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
